A Tiny House On Wheels (THOW), is best used for traveling/touring. A THOW is much more difficult to permanently place as a residence because of zoing restrictions. Particularly on private property. PLEASE NOTE: A Park Model RV is not used for traveling/touring. A Park Model Tiny House is most often used long term in a tiny house community, RV park or private property with no zoning. Like a THOW, a Park Model is more difficult to permanently place as a residence on private property which is zoned residential. We are currently taking orders for our park model homes.
